The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of incoming cash, employee benefit group payment receivables, and associated reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record incoming payments and transfers.

• Monitor employer group payment bank account.

• Process credit memos, adjustments, and refunds as needed.

• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve invoice or payment disputes.

• Maintain detailed and organized records of all AR transactions.

• Assist with month-end closing activities, including AR reporting and reconciliations.

• Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

• Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize AR efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (D365 F&O Preferred).

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
