- Performs tasks required to set-up, onboard, and administration of new and renewal employer group customers.
- Coordinates implementation activities.
- Interacts with internal and external contacts, including but not limited to, technology vendors, insurance producers, benefits administrators, and payroll companies.
- Schedules, hosts, and runs implementation meetings with employer groups and partners.
- Responds to customer questions and inquiries.
- Configures new and renewal business rates, benefit plan designs, and commission percentages, within the companyβs software administration system.
- Monitors performance and overall functionality of the companyβs software administration system and participates in the testing and roll-out of new enhancements.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
