Pumpkin is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who is responsible for accelerating growth and strengthening brand presence across veterinary clinics. Drives growth by engaging veterinary clinics through an omni channel approach and developing a robust account base within your territory. Utilizing solution selling, territory management, and business development capabilities, this role is responsible for executing strategies to maximize sales performance and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic growth through veterinary practice relationships and account management
Create and execute strategic territory business plans with measurable targets
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Develop account nurture programs to deepen client relationships
Map and engage key stakeholders within assigned accounts
Leverage video conferencing, phone, and digital tools for client communication
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Must-Have
2+ years of B2B/B2B2C inside sales experience
Strong virtual selling and consultative communication skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Adaptable mindset for working in a dynamic environment
Ability to obtain Property & Casualty License within 30 days
Nice-to-Have
Experience with digital and social selling tactics
Startup environment, animal health or veterinary sales background
Existing Property & Casualty Producers license
Experience with Salesforce CRM and consultative B2B sales
