Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator – Relationship Management will support the Employee Benefits Relationship Management team, delivering their expertise with high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. Ideal candidates for this role will have a self-starter mindset, enabling them to effectively contribute to growth across several brands offering pet insurance as part of the Independence Pet Group’s (IPG) employee benefits portfolio.

Job Location: Remote

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for existing accounts using Zoho CRM.
• Assist in the creation of marketing deliverables, reports, presentations, and other sales-related documentation using Digital Asset Management system.
• Manage onboarding of new direct bill clients
• Manage client engagement event support
• Support group renewals and retention
• Occasionally host webinars with clients

Knowledge & Skills:

• A sense of urgency to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to switch gears quickly in a high-volume, task-oriented environment without compromising accuracy.
• Meticulous attention to detail, excellent follow-through skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with team members across departments.
• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge about several IPG brands.

Required Education & Experience:

• Proficiency with PC-based tools, including CRM, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business related discipline or related field preferred or equivalent work experience of 2 years.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Possession of a Property & Casualty License or the ability to obtain one within 45 days of hire.
