Loyal is a clinical-stage veterinary medicine company developing drugs intended to extend the lifespan and healthspan of dogs. Our mission is to help dogs live longer, healthier lives.
We’ve already achieved significant milestones on our path to earning FDA approval for the first lifespan extension drug for any species. We have three products in our pipeline and are on track for FDA conditional approval within the next year.

The Senior Director, Program Manager will play a pivotal role in bringing one of our longevity drug pipelines through FDA approval and expanding Loyal’s portfolio.
You will be the go-to point of contact for all program-related activities, lead the program team in formulating strategies that align with corporate goals, and lead efforts in building and scaling the program management/project management infrastructure. You will work closely with the senior executive team.
This role is for someone looking to leverage their knowledge of program management to help transform Loyal into a commercial enterprise. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative team player and requires strategic leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a willingness to learn multiple disciplines.
You will report to our Chief R&D Officer.
Salary range: $200,000 - $240,000
