Position Summary:
Design, implement, test, and maintain the framework for enterprise KPIs and business terminology and comparability across IPH brands. This role enriches the KPI catalog and enterprise glossary.

Key Responsibilities:
· Enhance the KPI catalog and enterprise glossary by inscribing definitions, formulas, data sources, and hierarchies of critical data elements.
· Maintain metadata and lineage for KPI catalog and enterprise glossary.
· Highlight definition and calculation inconsistencies within and between BUs and data-generating systems.
· Analyze dashboards, reports, and self-service models to ensure alignment with KPI catalog and enterprise glossary.
Qualifications:
· 4+ years in data governance, analytics, or BI reporting roles.
· Deep understanding of KPI development, data lineage, and metadata management.
· Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
· Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau) and semantic layers.
· Certifications: CDMP or CBIP.
· Familiarity with advanced analytics and KPI development.
