Job Summary:
The Technical Business Systems Analyst is responsible for aligning information technology systems with business operations by analyzing and developing innovative integrated software solutions.
Job Location: Remote
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform research and interviews to determine technical business requirements and translate them into specifications for technical projects.
Provide internal technical support and manage web-based services and customer support.
Confirm requirements to ensure they meet stakeholders’ needs.
Engage end users and business stakeholders to document and communicate business requirements.
Translate the product vision into detailed specifications for the development team.
Present user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, and process flow diagrams to the development team.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Experience:
SQL, Microsoft Suite, Azure DevOps
Education: Must meet one of the following requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
Associate’s Degree in a Technical Field
Certification in relevant focus area
Accountability/Complexity:
Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, less complex projects, task-related activities, or routine assignments.
Working Conditions:
Regular use of computer equipment and software tools.
Potential for occasional travel to meet with clients or participate in team meetings.
