Job Summary:

The Technical Business Systems Analyst is responsible for aligning information technology systems with business operations by analyzing and developing innovative integrated software solutions.

Job Location: Remote

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform research and interviews to determine technical business requirements and translate them into specifications for technical projects.

  • Provide internal technical support and manage web-based services and customer support.

  • Confirm requirements to ensure they meet stakeholders’ needs.

  • Engage end users and business stakeholders to document and communicate business requirements.

  • Translate the product vision into detailed specifications for the development team.

  • Present user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, and process flow diagrams to the development team.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Experience:

  • SQL, Microsoft Suite, Azure DevOps

Education: Must meet one of the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)

  • Associate’s Degree in a Technical Field

  • Certification in relevant focus area

Accountability/Complexity:

  • Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, less complex projects, task-related activities, or routine assignments.

Working Conditions:

  • Regular use of computer equipment and software tools.

  • Potential for occasional travel to meet with clients or participate in team meetings.
