The Virtual TeleAdvice Support team member will work directly under the supervision of the VP of Virtual Medicine and Operations. The medical support member will work largely on managing prescription requests. This individual could also support behind the scenes efforts in reviewing records, updating charts and wellness reminders, and building estimates. As well as customer facing efforts aimed at educating clients on illness and wellness care. The medical support team must be comfortable interacting with customers, advocating for best medicine, providing education, and forward booking pet parents across multiple channels including if needed text, chat, phone, and video.
