Global Senior Director, Agentic AI

Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary Global Senior Director to lead enterprise-wide adoption of agentic AI solutions, driving innovation and operational transformation across business units. This role will define the AI strategy, establish governance frameworks, and oversee integration of Microsoft Copilot Studio with a strong emphasis on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure AI services into core business processes. The Global Senior Director will partner with C-suite executives, collaborate across product, engineering and data teams, along with managing multiple SI partnerships to align AI initiatives with corporate objectives, ensuring ethical, compliant, and scalable solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency in the pet insurance domain.

Responsibilities:
Work with architecture to define global enterprise AI strategy leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
Drive organizational change management for AI adoption across multiple business units.
Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI, compliance, and risk management.
Oversee standards for agentic AI solutions integrated with Dynamics 365 CRM, EIS, and other enterprise platforms.
Champion best practices for scalability, security, and compliance across all AI-driven workflows.
Partner across the enterprise to align AI initiatives with corporate objectives.
Influence vendor relationships and assist negotiating strategic partnerships with technology providers.
Set KPIs for AI-driven automation and monitor enterprise impact using advanced analytics.
Foster a culture of innovation through thought leadership, internal evangelism, and external representation at industry forums.
Ensure agentic solutions comply with SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR, and CCPA, embedding compliance checks and audit trails
Monitor agent performance and optimize using feedback loops, telemetry, and dashboards.
Lead and optimize strategic partnerships with multiple System Integrators, ensuring alignment on delivery excellence, governance, and innovation to drive business outcomes across complex technology initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Business, or related field.
10+ years in enterprise technology leadership roles, including AI strategy and digital transformation.
2+ years hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, or agentic AI systems.
Proven track record of leading global cross-functional teams and managing multi-million-dollar technology portfolios.
Deep understanding of AI ethics, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform connectors.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM, EIS Suite, and other insurance core systems.
Experience integrating SaaS applications in a complex enterprise environment (identity management, data integration, workflow automation).
Knowledge of Azure cloud architecture, Azure Integration Services, and API Management.
