Job Summary:
Clarus is seeking an Accounting Manager to support and manage core accounting operations for our growing organization. This role is responsible for hands‑on ownership of accounting processes, month‑end close, and financial reporting, while partnering closely with Finance leadership, auditors, investors and internal stakeholders. The role will be responsible for cash management, intercompany and intracompany accounting, month and quarter close, audit needs as well as building scalable accounting processes, strengthening controls, and ensuring financial reporting integrity as the company scales.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring high‑quality, IFRS‑compliant financials
Own cash management, including invoicing, AR/AP, liquidity monitoring, and cash‑related reporting
Review and approve financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and key accounting estimates
Serve as the primary accounting lead for external audits, including planning and readiness, execution, and issue resolution
Perform and review intercompany and intracompany consolidation accounting, including reconciliations and eliminations
Oversee expense reimbursement and T&E processing, ensuring compliance with company policy and timely delivery
Partner with FP&A, Procurement and Executive leadership on reporting, analysis, and ad‑hoc requests
Identify and implement opportunities to improve accounting processes and workflows
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including functional ownership
Strong understanding of IFRS
Experience in multi‑entity and intercompany accounting environments
Proven experience leading audits and working directly with external auditors
Proficiency with accounting systems including Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
CPA or CPA‑eligible
Self-starter mentality and strong drive for impact
Strong accountability, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Experience in a high‑growth, PE‑backed, or technology‑enabled organization
Strong time management and prioritization skills
